Nation Meurtrie - "Wounded Nation"

All the confused and upset feelings dancing in my head in those turmoiled times in Haiti, my country, are expressed in this12-minutes work: glorious past, sadness, violence, rise, rage, fear, and hope. In my creation, I wanted to combine Occidental music styles with our powerful drum elements, reminding us of the Haitian Revolution, and our "Alma Mater" Africa, added to airy ethereal suspended moments.
